On my way to a morning meeting...

On my way to a morning meeting while driving down hwy 441, the song 'Hey Lover' by LL Cool J came on in the car and made me feel mad nostalgic. You see this is the very song that inspired me to name my first son Harlem. How does it go, "It was Harlem at the Rucker, I saw you with your man, smiling, huh a coach bag in your hand." I sipped my Venti Iced Americano smiling and reminiscing about that day 12 years ago on my way to the convenient store when this same song came on, and just like that I snapped my finger and said, "Harlem, that's it...that's going to be my son's name". Now you know what inspired my first son's name as well as our first piece for our Fall Collection - The "Harlem at the Rucker" Varsity jacket. :)
